The majestic parrots fly over our 30,000 square meter property and take a little break there. As soon as you enter the avenue of palm trees, the view opens onto an enchanting island in the Rio, while in the background the skyline of Posadas and Encarnacion can be seen. A pleasant wind blows gently and the beach pool area with bar and lounge is only a few steps away (cleaned with electrolysis).
In the relaxation area of ​​our palm grove you can relax in the hammocks and enjoy the atmosphere. The scent of citrus fruits and fresh bananas will make you forget the only 35 rainy days a year. Here you'll find a wealth of activities right on our doorstep, such as trips to breathtaking waterfalls, fishing, water sports and the lively Samba Carnival. Stress will be a foreign word from now on, just like Guarani.

Our houses and apartments are equipped for self-catering and feature fully equipped kitchens. We do not currently offer breakfast. This allows you to enjoy your stay with complete flexibility and without fixed mealtimes. Drinks and cocktails are available at our bar. You will also find numerous cafes, bakeries, and shops in Encarnación and San Juan del Paraná.

We are currently planning the construction of a sauna with a view of Posadas and Encarnación.
The sauna will accommodate 4-5 people and will offer our guests a special place for peace and relaxation.
